2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services

We assist pensioners in selecting tailored coverage plans from leading providers. Each service is delivered by experienced consultants via phone, email, or video.

2.2 Infoproducts

We offer digital guides, webinars, and tutorials on best practices when choosing coverage after retirement. Access is granted upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

We may provide printed materials, booklets, or related printed guides shipped to your address.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are indicated at time of booking or at purchase. Prices are displayed in the chosen currency.

3.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 14 calendar days prior to scheduled delivery. After the service has begun, refunds are not possible due to the personalized nature of our advice. In such cases, clients may request a credit towards a future session within 12 months, subject to availability.

3.2 Infoproducts

Digital guides and webinars may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if not accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us via our form. Once access is granted, no reimbursements are possible due to the instant delivery.

3.3 Goods

Printed materials may be returned within 30 days of receipt, undamaged and in resalable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Modification of Terms

SeniorCoverWay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or notice on seniorcoverway.vip.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Vaud canton.
